BOS777 Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to BOS777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and BOS777 ("BOS777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at bos777.biz. BOS777 is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR").

By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or using any service on the BOS777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the BOS777 platform.

These Terms are written in English and governed by Philippine law. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document or communication from BOS777, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use BOS777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be excluded from gambling — either voluntarily through BOS777's self-exclusion system or mandatorily under a PAGCOR exclusion order.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of BOS777 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address. BOS777 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any point to verify the information provided. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

BOS777 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS, GSIS, or PRC ID) and may be asked for proof of address or proof of payment method.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be triggered at any time for accounts flagged during routine compliance reviews. Accounts that cannot complete KYC verification will have withdrawals suspended until the process is completed.

3. Account Rules

One account per person: Each player may maintain only one BOS777 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any bonus funds, pending withdrawals, or winnings generated through a duplicate account may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created fraudulently using your details, contact BOS777 support immediately.

Account sharing: Your BOS777 account is personal to you. You may not allow any other person to use your account, including family members. You are responsible for all activity on your account regardless of who initiated it.

Account currency: All BOS777 accounts operate in Philippine Pesos (PHP ₱). There is no currency conversion on deposits, withdrawals, or bonus crediting. All amounts displayed are in PHP ₱.

Account inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. An inactivity notice will be sent to your registered email before any action is taken. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period. Accounts with a positive balance will be retained for at least 36 months. Contact support at any time to reactivate your account.

4. Deposits

BOS777 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking (via InstaPay and PESONet), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in PHP ₱.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 for most payment methods. Specific minimums are displayed at the cashier.
• Deposit speed: GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers via PESONet may take up to 24 hours on banking days.
• Deposit limits: Standard daily deposit limits apply. Players may set lower personal limits through the responsible gaming tools in account settings.
• Deposit source: All deposits must come from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in account review and possible refund minus processing costs.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible.

• Withdrawal limits: Standard daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings. VIP Club members benefit from higher limits appropriate to their tier.
• Bonus balance: Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It must meet the applicable wagering requirement before converting to real money that can be withdrawn.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

BOS777 offers various promotions to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, free spins, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed alongside the offer at the time of claiming.

General bonus conditions that apply to all BOS777 promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine residents with verified BOS777 accounts only.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, household, device, and IP address.
• BOS777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotion terms will be communicated via email and platform notification.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing low-risk covering bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or exploiting system errors, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7. Wagering Requirements

Deposit bonuses at BOS777 carry a wagering requirement — a total bet amount that must be placed using the bonus balance before it converts to withdrawable real money. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms at the time of claiming.

7.1 How Wagering Is Calculated

The wagering requirement is calculated as: Bonus Amount × Wagering Multiplier = Total Wager Required. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means ₱10,000 in total qualifying bets must be placed.

7.2 Game Contributions

By default, all bets on sports markets, live casino games, and slots contribute 100% toward meeting the wagering requirement unless the specific offer states a different contribution rate for particular game types. Some game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% for certain table games). The specific contribution rates for each bonus are listed in the offer terms.

7.3 Wagering Time Limit

Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining after the 30-day period expires will be forfeited. • Bet confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed are indicative until the bet is confirmed. BOS777 accepts bets at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, not at any earlier displayed price.
• Void bets: BOS777 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, or where the market outcome cannot be determined. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's real-money balance.
• Result disputes: Official results from relevant governing bodies (PBA, FIBA, Riot Games, etc.) are used for settlement. BOS777 reserves the right to delay settlement while awaiting official confirmation.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-bet payout limits apply and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. BOS777 may limit the size of future bets from accounts identified as professional or highly skilled bettors at our discretion.

9. Casino and Games Rules

All casino games available on the BOS777 platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, SA Gaming, JILI Games, PG Soft, and others. Games are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories, and random number generators are subject to ongoing audits.

• Game malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. BOS777 is not liable for game malfunctions caused by third-party software providers, but will work to ensure fair resolution for affected players.
• Disconnection: BOS777 is not responsible for losing a bet due to internet disconnection on the player's side. For live dealer games, bets already confirmed and accepted before disconnection will stand.

10. VIP Club Terms

The BOS777 VIP Club operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with monthly wager thresholds determining tier status. Tier progression is automatic based on real-money wagering activity during a calendar month.

• Bonus balance wagers do not count toward VIP tier thresholds.
• A one-month grace period applies before any tier downgrade takes effect following a month below threshold.
• VIP cashback and rakeback are credited as withdrawable real money with no wagering requirement.
• Birthday bonuses are credited automatically during the member's birthday month and are governed by the specific bonus terms applicable at that time.
• BOS777 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefit rates, or the VIP Club structure with 30 days' advance notice to affected members.
• Membership in the BOS777 VIP Club does not confer any legal right, property interest, or contractual entitlement beyond the benefits described in these Terms.

11. Responsible Gaming

BOS777 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations under the PAGCOR licence seriously. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity and not a source of financial or personal harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players at any time through account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session length with an automatic logout when the limit is reached.
• Reality checks: Receive pop-up notifications at configurable intervals showing your session duration and net play result.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact BOS777 support immediately via live chat. BOS777 will investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending investigation. BOS777 is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials or failing to maintain account security.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

BOS777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Data is processed for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the BOS777 platform — including but not limited to the BOS777 name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of BOS777 or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any BOS777 content without prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use BOS777's intellectual property.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, BOS777's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

BOS777 is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity;
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government actions, or force majeure events;
• Third-party game or payment provider failures, provided BOS777 has acted promptly to investigate and resolve the issue on the player's behalf.

16. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about any BOS777 service, the first step is to contact our 24/7 live chat support team directly. Most issues are resolved within the session. For more complex matters, you may submit a formal complaint via email to support@bos777.biz with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [your account username]".

BOS777 will acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with BOS777's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.

17. Changes to These Terms

BOS777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification and a platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the BOS777 platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The version date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request from support.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of BOS777 that cannot be resolved through the complaints process outlined in Section 16 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section limits your right to escalate a regulatory matter to PAGCOR as the relevant supervising authority for BOS777's gaming licence.
